My name is Yang Xin, I graduated from Sichuan University with a B.Sc degree in 2008. I am now a PhD student in School of Computing of National University of Singapore. I am now co-supervised by Dr.Zhao Shengdong and Dr.Leow Wee Kheng.

My research area focuses on HCI (Human Computer Interaction) which involves the designing and finding the interesting HCI methods to help us solve many real world problem in many areas.

Seminar Presentation 1: Intuitive ways of interaction using handheld projectors and interaction techniques for large display

Courses

Decision making technology	I do learn a lot techniques for decision making and their possible application in solving practical problem
Advanced computer Network	I learn a lot fundamental techniques of computer network from this course and have a deep understanding of the advanced computer network achitecture and design principles.
Foundation in Database Systems	A lot of the advanced techniques that has been proposed in the papers have been talked in this course, I really enjoy this course
Multimedia Analysis	It's the most challenging and interesting module I have ever had. The new and useful algorithms have been talked in the module. It's been a really great learning experience 1.Problem Solving assignment 2.Project Presentation: Estimation of Gaze Direction in images demo
